Invitational Competitive
This program is offered to children ages 7 and up.  It is geared towards girls who want more than what the recreational programs offers and want the opportunity to compete without committing a high number of hours.

Commitments: From September 2008-June 2009, each family in this program is required to work 6 bingos. We host our own fundraising meet in the spring where your child can compete for free. However, each family is obligated to help during our meet, donate a food item to the canteen, donate a prize to our prize table and get at least one sponsor for our meet program. You will also be required to purchase a team suit and warm up suit to be worn at competitions. (There may be some second hand suits available at registration) Meet fees are extra and generally range from $50-60 . Gymnasts usually attend up to 5 competitions.

Payments & Other Info
We only offer cash or cheques payments. Upon registration you will need to leave post-dated cheques to cover the cost for September-June. If payment is received in full there is a 10% discount.

Post-dated cheques are also needed for bingo comitments. Once you sign up for a bingo, it is $100/Bingo. It will be cashed if you do not show up to work that bingo. At registration time only, we offer the ability to "buy out" for $75/Bingo. This is meant to address families who really don't want to do the Bingos or can't for personal reasons.

Most of the competitions are held out of town so there will be additional travel costs as well as accommodations and meals. This is the responsibility of the athletes.

There are other fundraising opportunities throughout the year that can be used to offset future registration fees (ie. Shop&Support, MacMillans, Veseys, gift wrapping) Please inquire at the gym.
